Carbondale Beer Works is a chill female owned and brewed neighborhood brewpub with a full bar serving fresh brewed beer, cocktails and mocktails and a great happy hour. Our bar includes an extensive selection of whiskeys featuring Japanese whiskey. We serve locally sourced and sustainable bar fare with vegetarian and vegan options including Impossible burgers and late night food. We have TVs and Sunday Ticket plus outside seating on our patio with live music in the summer.
